Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to the usage of Minda Ludo game provided by LumaLogic Infotech Pvt Ltd.

Refunds: All in-app purchases and deposits made within the Minda Ludo game are final and non-refundable. Refunds will not be provided for any unused or partially used services.

Game Cancellations: In rare cases where a technical error results in the cancellation of a game, the entry amount will be refunded to the user's wallet automatically.

Withdrawal Cancellations: Withdrawal requests may be canceled only if they are under review and have not yet been processed.

Disputes: For any disputes regarding transactions, users must contact our support within 48 hours of the transaction with full details.
